This Privacy Policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only and applies equally to both men and women.

Purpose

We represent clients in matters of family law, divorce, wills, and inheritance, with a winning combination of many years of legal expertise and exceptional client service. Our approach is based on close personal guidance and meticulous attention to building a strategy tailored specifically to each client and his personal circumstances. We treat every client as unique — a world in himself — standing alongside him at every stage of the process with the utmost sensitivity and dedication. As an inseparable part of this, protecting our clients’ privacy is of great importance to us. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy explains, in clear and accessible language, the rights available to you as a result of your use of the website and/or your provision of information through any online channel connected to the Firm.

Your Consent (Section 11 of the Privacy Protection Law)

You agree and acknowledge that you are under no legal obligation to provide the information, and that it is submitted voluntarily and with your full consent. The information will be stored in the Firm’s databases and used solely for the purpose of providing the legal services requested by you. If you choose not to provide the requested information, please note that we may be unable to offer you the full and comprehensive legal advice or representation we seek to provide. You are also entitled to request to review and rectify the information concerning you in accordance with privacy laws.

Consent to Receive Direct Marketing

You acknowledge and agree that the information will be stored in the Firm’s databases and/or those of its representatives and used, among other things, for marketing and/or advertising and/or direct mailing purposes, and/or direct mailing services on behalf of the Firm and/or its representatives — all in accordance with and subject to applicable law, including the Telecommunications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasting), 1982, and for the purpose of sending messages by email. You further agree that the Firm may contact you based on specific segmentation and your belonging to a group with certain characteristics, or based on any other segmentation the Firm deems appropriate. Data Retention

Your information may be stored outside the borders of Israel. By consenting to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you also consent to the storage of information abroad and its transfer for storage and backup outside the borders of Israel.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

As a rule, the website team and/or the Firm undertake not to transfer your personal details except in the following cases:

  • In the event of a breach of this Privacy Policy, or if any content is used that constitutes defamation, slander, offensive material, material that may amount to harassment and/or threats, or any other unlawful enjoyment;
  • When you enter external links that may appear on the Firm’s website. In such a case, we recommend that you first read the privacy policy of those external links;

Use of Facebook Pixel Technology

Facebook Pixel technology is an advanced analytics tool that enables tracking of user activity on the website and linking it to user profiles on Meta platforms.  The use of the Pixel enables us to enhance the effectiveness of our advertising and to offer a more personalized user experience.  It should be noted that the collection of information and the display of advertisements are carried out by Meta in accordance with its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

 

Information Security

The Firm employs advanced security systems and implements information security procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. The Firm’s protection systems are designed to reduce the possibility of unauthorized access; however, they do not provide absolute security. Accordingly, the Firm cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

Right of Access and Correction of Information

Pursuant to the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 (the “Law”), you are entitled to review information about you.  You may review the information yourself, through your authorized representative whom you have appointed in writing, or through your legal guardian. If, upon reviewing the information, you find that it is not accurate, complete, clear, or up to date, you are entitled to request that it be amended, corrected, and/or deleted, in whole or in part.
